Digital CBTe is a self-help programme designed to address binge eating problems. It is directly based on the leading cognitive-behaviour "talking" therapy for binge eating problems (CBT-E). Digital CBTe has been developed by the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford University (CREDO). It is a new treatment that is currently being researched.
